Saudi Aramco is offering crude oil outside of the Strait of Hormuz to some Asian refiners, Reuters reports citing two sources with knowledge of the matter.

The company is in talks with buyers for its Arab Medium and Arab Heavy at Fujairah for ship-to-ship transfers, the sources claim, one of them adding that the cargoes are for September loading.
