PESHAWAR, July 18: NWFP Additional Chief Secretary Ghulam Dastgir Akhtar has said that sincere and dedicated government officials always ruled the hearts of the people and were remembered even after their death and the late Abdul Jalil Mughal was one such public servant.

He was addressing a condolence meeting organised officials of the Planning and Development Department on the death of Abdul Jalil Mughal, ex-secretary Planning and Development, at the Civil Secretariat, Peshawar, on Monday.

The meeting was attended by Secretary Irrigation Khalid Hussain Gilani, Secretary Planning and Development Syed Manzoor Ali Shah Bacha, Additional Secretary Mohammad Ikram Khan and Deputy Secretary Mumtaz Gul and heads of various sections and projects.—PPI
