According to police and railway authorities, the victim was crossing the railway track when the Rawalpindi-bound Jaffer Express, travelling from Peshawar, ran over him. As a result, he died on the spot. His body was later shifted to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Hassanabdal for medico-legal formalities.

Meanwhile, the Attock Police on Monday arrested a man who allegedly abducted a teenage girl, moved her to Dera Ghazi Khan, and sexually assaulted her under the pretext of marriage.
