SUKKUR: Jamaat-i-Islami’s Lakhi Ghulam Shah taluka Emir Maulana Tariq Ahmed Suhandro, was killed and the party’s Shikarpur district Emir Abdul Samee Bhatti was injured in a road accident on Friday.
The two JI leaders were riding a motorcycle, which was hit by a speeding car on Rustam bypass near Sheikh Ayaz University, the area police said.
Officials at the New Faujdari police station said that the driver managed to speed away.
