Muzammil defeats India’s Kothari at ITF event

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Muzammil Murtaza crushed Aditya Kothari of India as he made an impressive start to the ITF M-15 Future Tournament in Kayseri, Turkiye on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old Muz­ammil, who earned entry into the main draw through a wild card, advanced into the second round with a convincing 6-0, 6-1 win.

Pakistan Tennis Fede­ration (PTF) president Aisam-ul-Haq Qur­eshi congratulated Muz­ammil on his outstanding performance and praised his dominant victory.

Aisam further added that PTF remains committed to creating opportunities for Pakistani players both at home and abroad.
