GWADAR: Three bodies were recovered from Pasni and Kech areas of Balochistan on Saturday, police said.

According to them, two bodies were found near Chabbandan Cross on the Makran Coastal Highway in the Pasni area of Gwadar district. Police identified the deceased as Ustad Muhammad Siraj Kalanchi and Sirdal. They had been shot dead by unknown armed men.

The third body was found in the Dasht Khadan area of Kech district.

The deceased was identified as Attaullah. Further investigations are underway in both cases.

Meanwhile, Jamaat-i-Islami MPA Maulana Hidayatur Rehman alleged that his cousin’s son, Siraj, son of Hasil and a resident of Pasni, was first abducted and later his body was found, claiming that the incident was a “message” directed at him as a political and social activist.
