VEHARI, July 2: Visitors to the public library here complain of authorities’ towards its affairs. A group of readers told Dawn that there has been no arrangement for drinking water in the library for the last one year.

They said the TMA has not taken any step to install new electric water cooler despite repeated complaints by the library staff and the readers.

According to library staff the officials concerned adopted “delaying tactics” for approval of the funds to purchase a new cooler for installation.

Librarian Din Mohammad said the old electric cooler had been out of order since long and all attempts to repair it failed.

He said more than 300 readers visited the library daily.
