Youth injured in jubilation firing

KASUR: A youth was injured in the jubilation firing at a wedding at village Jora in the limits of the Saddar Police Station on Monday.

According to police, unidentified suspects resorted to aerial firing at the wedding of one Muhammad Kashif. As a result, a guest Muhammad Kashif, 28, suffered injuries. The injured was rushed to the DHQ Hospital where he was stated to be critical.

The suspects who, according to eyewitnesses, were under the influence, managed to escape before police reached the crime scene.
