RAWALPINDI: A 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a suspect while two other accomplices recorded the assault in Dhoke Chaudhrian on Saturday, police said.

The victim’s mother filed an FIR with Chaklala police, stating that she and her husband had left their 13-year-old daughter at home while they went to work and locked the main gate before leaving.

Upon her return at approximately 2pm, she found the main gate broken, household items scattered, and her daughter missing. She contacted her husband, who rushed back home and started a search for their missing daughter.

The girl was later located in Bahria Town in a distressed condition.

She disclosed that three individuals had forcibly entered the house, where the main suspect allegedly assaulted her while the others recorded video. She added that the suspects threatened her to make the video viral and took her in a white car, in which three other unidentified individuals were also present.

While being driven through Bahria Town, an unknown person shouted at the suspects, which made them flee and leave her on the spot.

Police have registered a case under Section 375-A and transferred the victim to a hospital for medical examination.

According to police, raids are currently underway to arrest the suspects.
