GWADAR: A 4.5-magnitude earthquake jolted Balochistan’s coastal town of Pasni in Gwadar district on Saturday, prompting residents to flee their homes, officials said.
The Seismological Centre reported that the tremors were felt in Pasni and surrounding areas. The earthquake had a depth of 13 kilometres, and its epicentre was located 48 kilometres southwest of Pasni.
Local authorities confirmed the tremor but reported no casualties or property damage in the affected areas.
