Tax officers’ role lauded

KARACHI, June 26: Chairman CBR Abdulla Yousuf has lauded the role of taxation officers in achieving the revenue target for the year 2005-06. Addressing the officers of Customs, Federal Excise and Sales Tax on Monday at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan Mr Abdulla, who is also secretary general Revenue Division, exhorted them to make all out efforts to achieve the revenue target and surpass it.
