ISLAMABAD: Installation of m-tag on motorcycles will start in the capital from Feb 20.

The capital administration here on Tuesday said that the decision to start the installation of the m-tag was made, and in this regard, the second phase will start formally in the current week.

Motorcyclists will be able to get the m-tag from 10am on Feb 20. It is mandatory to bring motorcycle documents and an identity card for the m-tag.

M-tag is mandatory for all kinds and types of motorcycles, including private and passenger, for online riding services. The installation of the tag is ongoing at 13 different points across the city.

The administration asked for support from the people in the campaign regarding the installation of the tags, as it started to protect the lives and property of the people and made the people travel safely.
