KARACHI, June 14: The pair of Hamid Mohiuddin and Ziaullah Baig contesting from East-West Direction clinched the 18-team Midweek Pairs Bridge Championship with an impressive score of 64.88 per cent at Karachi Club on Tuesday.

Mazhar A. Khan-Jamal Nizami finished second with 57.74 per cent while Javed Abedi-Zaheer Khan secured third position.

Raees Ahmed-Salim Zaki won the event from North-South direction.—PPI
