Test and one-day captain Shubman Gill has not been able to find a place in India’s 15-member squad for the Twenty20 World Cup, but stumper-batter Ishan Kishan has returned to the side.
Kishan has been recalled after the stumper-batsman led Jharkhand’s successful campaign in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, smashing a hundred in the final against Haryana.
