Pakistan to stage ACZ volleyball

ISLAMABAD, June 12: Pakistan have been allotted the 2007 Asian Central Zone (ACZ) Volleyball Championship. The Pakistan Volleyball Federation announced on Monday that the decision was taken by the Asian Volleyball Confederation at its recent meeting in Bali.

The championship in March will feature Pakistan, India, Iran, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh and Maldives.

Refresher courseS

The PSB is to organize a series of refresher coaching courses at the provincial headquarters and Islamabad.

The fourth course in athletics and football is due to run from June 14 to 18 at the PSB Coaching Centre in Quetta.—Reporter
