53 Chagai students to get scholarships

QUETTA: Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC) has officially announced the results of the entry test for its six-month Foundation Programme, under which 53 talented male and female students from Chagai district have secured fully funded scholarships.

The selected students will enroll in a six-month Foundation Programme at IBA Sukkur.

Upon successful completion of the programme, if the students qualify for undergraduate programmes at any university in Pakistan, Reko Diq Mining Company will bear all related educational expenses.

Local circles have termed the initiative a positive development for Chagai district, stating that RDMC’s step will play a vital role in opening doors to higher education for the region’s youth and in laying the foundation for a brighter future.
