PESHAWAR, June 9: The political administration of the North Waziristan Agency has implemented the directive of NWFP Governor Ali Mohammad Jan Aurakzai and reinstated dozens of suspended employees and released salaries of hundreds of local teachers and class IV employees.

Announcement to this effect was made by North Waziristan Agency Political Agent Zaheerul Islam at a jirga, which was attended by tribal elders and ulema in Miramshah on Friday. MNA Maulana Nek Zaman was also present.

The governor, during a meeting with tribal elders of the North Waziristan Agency on Tuesday, had ordered reinstatement of suspended employees and release of salaries of hundreds of teachers and class IV employees belonging to the agency.
