Israeli warplanes have bombed the main branch of the Bank of Palestine in eastern Gaza City, Al Jazeera reports.

Footage circulating online, verified by Al Jazeera, showed columns of smoke rising and the building turned into rubble on Omar al-Mukhtar Street in the besieged urban centre.
