PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Tehreek-i- Insaf (PTI) Peshawar chapter on Sunday issued details of its planned protest scheduled for August 5 against the incarceration of party’s patron-in-chief Imran Khan.

A circular issued here stated that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur will lead a rally of Peshawar and Khyber district at 3:30pm.

The rally, according to the circular, will start from Hayatabad toll plaza and reach the Balahisar Fort on GT Road via the Ring Road.

Meanwhile, party leadership from Swabi, Mardan and Charsadda districts will gather at Ambar interchange Swabi. The protest will start at 3:30pm and would continue till night. Similarly, party cadres from Nowshera and Mohmand districts will gather to protest at Khairabad near Attock crossing.

The gathering which will start around 3:30pm will end at Esha (night) prayers.
