KARACHI: TikTok has released its Q1 2025 Community Guidelines Enforcement Report, showcasing its ongoing commitment to creating a safe digital space for its users.

According to the report, which covers data from January to March, TikTok removed a total of 24,954,128 videos in Pakistan.

Proactive removal rates in Pakistan remained high at 99.4 per cent, with 95.8pc of these videos removed within 24 hours.

Globally, TikTok removed a total of 211m videos in the three-month period, which represents about 0.9pc of all content uploaded to the platform.

The report also indicates that a significant portion of total removed videos — 30.1pc — contained sensitive or mature themes that did not align with TikTok’s content policies.
