QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court will jointly hear all constitutional petitions filed against the Balochistan Mines and Mineral Act 2025.
The act was adopted by the Balochistan Assembly earlier this year.
Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Rozi Khan Bareech decided on Monday that all petitions will be jointly heard on July 21.
The petitions were filed by JUI-F, PkMAP, BNP-Mengal, National Party, Nawabzada Lashkri Raisani and Mir Humayun Kurd.
