LAHORE, May 14: A goal from Mohammad Shabbir helped Pakistan Army draw 1-1 against Cambodian's Khemara Club, which emerged as group 'A' leader in the AFC President Football Cup at Sarawak Stadium, Kuching, Malaysia on Sunday.

With the drawn game, the three-times national champions Pakistan Army recorded their first-ever point in the Cup.

It was third and last match of Babar Mehmood-led Pakistani squad who had earlier lost to Tatung (Taiwan) 4-1 on May 10 and Transport United of Bhutan 1-0 on May 12.

The one point collected from the game propelled Khemara, who have already qualified for the semifinals, to obtain seven points from three matches while Pakistan Army finished at the bottom of the group.

Shabbir scored in the 36th minute but Kouch Sokumpheak restored parity for the group toppers three minutes into second session.

Monday's fixture: Sarawak Stadium: Manang Marshyangdi Club v Dordoi-Dynamo; Negeri Stadium: Ratnam Sports Club v Vakhsh.
