KARACHI, May 14: The speaker of the Sindh Assembly has allotted the following days by rotation for answering questions relating to various provincial departments.

The allotted days and department include May 19 for the Agriculture, Women Development and Cooperation departments; May 20 for the Auqaf, Zakat and Ushr Department; May 22 for the Culture and Tourism and Food departments; May 23 for the Education Department; May 24 for the Excise and Taxation and Labour departments; May 25 for the Home Department; and May 26 for the Local Government Department.

Meanwhile, the Governor of Sindh, Dr Ishratul Ibad, has accorded permission/Ex-Pakistan leave to Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah, Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, for participating in the conference at Bangalore, India, with effect from May 13.

In the absence of the speaker Sindh Assembly, the Deputy Speaker, of the Assembly, Raheela Tiwana, shall act as speaker with effect from May 13.
