UPPER DIR: A young man died and six others sustained serious injuries when a vehicle carrying tourists plunged into a ravine near the Baraqot area here on Monday. The vehicle was going to Kumrat.

Rescue 1122 Upper Dir personnel immediately reached the area, provided first aid to the injured individuals before transferring them to the District Headquarters Hospital, Timergara, Lower Dir, via ambulances. All the injured tourists are reported to be residents of Peshawar.
