Neglected areas uplift assured

PESHAWAR, May 13: Provincial Minister for Religious Affairs Maulana Amanullah Haqqani has said development schemes of education, health, irrigation, drinking water and communication are being completed in the province under a comprehensive plan without any discrimination.

He said neglected and backward areas were being given priority in the development programme. The minister was speaking on Saturday at the inauguration ceremony of an embankment constructed at a cost of Rs1.8 million in the Palosi village near Peshawar.—APP
