KARACHI: The Sindh Tennis Association (STA) in collaboration with the Karachi Tennis Association (KTA) will organise three consecutive national championships in the metropolis from July 10 to Aug 1 under the auspices of the Pakistan Tennis Federation.

According to the STA, the first tournament, the 21st National Seniors and Juniors Tennis Championship carrying cash awards of Rs150,000, will be held at Karachi Club from July 10 to 17.

The second event, the first National Seniors and Juniors Tennis Championship, will take place at DA Creek Club from July 18 to 25, featuring in-kind awards worth Rs150,000.

The third contest, the second Open National Ranking Tennis Championship (July 26-Aug 1) will offer cash prizes of up to Rs850,000.

Aqeel Khan, Pakistan’s top-ranked veteran player, and other leading athletes have confirmed their participation in this event.
