In a statement, Lebanese group Hezbollah has offered its “sincere congratulations” to Iran for what it calls a “glorious divine victory” over Israel, Al Jazeera reports.
The victory, Hezbollah said, was “manifested in the precise and painful strikes it launched” against Israel during 12 days of war, as well as “the lightning response to the American aggression against its nuclear facilities”.
“This is nothing but the beginning of a new historical phase in confronting American hegemony and Zionist (Israeli) arrogance in the region,” Hezbollah said.
