The Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) have said five of its members died in Israeli attacks targeting the city of Khorramabad in western Iran, AFP and Anadolu Agency report, citing Iranian media.

Khorramabad, the capital of the Lorestan province, has not been previously reported as a primary target in the ongoing hostilities between Iran and Israel, Anadolu noted.

Iranian Mehr news agency also reported earlier today that two people were killed and four injured in an Israeli attack in Qom in central Iran.
