QUETTA: Three people were killed and three others injured in three different incidents in Mastung, Duki and Panjgur on Wednesday.

Officials said that unknown armed men opened fire on a car in the Surgaz area, a locality on the outskirts of Mastung town, killing a man and a woman travelling in the car. Another woman and a child sitting in the car were injured in the firing.

One of the the deceased was identified as Abdul Rasheed.

In Duki, armed assailants attacked the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) police station on Lease Road with a hand grenade, injuring policeman Nasaruddin.

In Panjgur, unidentified assailants on a motorcycle shot dead a man identified as Naeem, a resident of the Issai area.

Police said Naeem was on his way home from Tasp when he was attacked at Issai Sar.
