The Israeli military says its forces have killed a man it has identified as Ahmad Osama Hassan Al-Lahwani, Al Jazeera reports.
The military statement claimed the man was a Hamas navy commando who infiltrated Israel during the attacks on southern Israel on October 7, 2023.
The army did not say when or where the attack occurred.
Hamas has not immediately commented on the announcement.
