Al Jazeera Media Network has won two Peabody Awards for its coverage on Israel’s war on Gaza, the news network reports.
The awards recognise Al Jazeera English’s Fault Lines documentary The Night Won’t End in the News & Documentary category, and the Digital film One Day in Gaza from the series Close Up, in the Interactive and Immersive category.
“The awards honour intelligent, powerful and moving stories told in broadcast and digital media,” Al Jazeera says.
