KHAIRPUR, May 3: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s parliamentary leader in the National Assembly, Dr Farooq Sattar, has said that Jashn-i-Latif is being celebrated in Khairpur to spread Shah Latif’s message of brotherhood.

Speaking at a press conference here on Wednesday, he said that MQM leader Altaf Hussain had a political philosophy to serve people without the discrimination on the basis of colour, race, local or non-local.

He said that Sindh was a land of love and ‘‘we think that we were successful in spreading message of the MQM from Karachi to Kashmore’’.

He said that trains had been booked for Khairpur so that people from all over Pakistan could attend the function and the fare had been paid to the railway authorities.

He said that a wrong impression had been created that people from interior Sindh could not get jobs in multinational companies, big corporations and government institutes in Karachi.
