A man and his wife were killed in an Israeli drone strike on the northeast area of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, Al Jazeera reports.

In addition, several Palestinians were wounded when the Israeli army shelled displaced people in the Shujayea neighbourhood of Gaza City, the correspondent said.
