Argentina’s President Javier Milei has hailed Trump’s role in securing the ceasefire in Gaza, which resulted in the release of Israeli-Argentinian Iair Horn, Al Jazeera reports.
Milei said Horn’s wife was pregnant and gave birth to their youngest daughter while he was in captivity.
He also reiterated his call for Hamas to release all the remaining captives, including Hor’s brother, Eitan, and said that Argentina “hopes for a swift resolution to the conflict with the absolute defeat” of Hamas.
