Gold Cup from today

LAHORE, April 22: The 2nd Chief Minister's Gold Cup hockey tournament for women will he played at National Hockey Stadium Lahore from April 23 to 30.

Teams of four provinces and three departments including Railways, Wapda and Police have confirmed the participation.

A panel of technical officials has been announced that includes tournament director Dr Tahira Hussain, tournament officers Ms Lubna Talaat, Ms Gulshan Nasreen, Uzma Rizvi while umpires manager is Rashad Mahmood Butt. Rahat Khan, Mrs Razia Rizvi, Ms. Humaira Masroor, Syed Zulfiqar Haider, Ajmal Hameed Butt, Chand Parveen, Ms Farzana Rasool are the umpires.

April 23: Railways vs. NWFP; Punjab vs. Sindh; Police vs. Wapda.

April 24: Punjab vs. NWFP; Balochistan vs. Wapda; Railways vs. Police.

April 25: Police vs. Balochistan; Punjab vs. Railways; Wapda vs. Sindh.

April 26: Punjab vs. Police; Railways vs. Balochistan; Sindh vs. NWFP; Punjab vs. Wapda.

April 27: Sindh vs. Police; Balochistan vs. NWFP.

April 28: Balochistan vs. Sindh ; NWFP vs. Police; Wapda vs. Railways.

April 29: Wapda vs. N.W.F.P; Railways vs. Sindh; Punjab vs. Balochistan.

April 30: Final.
