Red Cross vehicles are now stationed at a site in Khan Younis, where Hamas and Islamic Jihad fighters have gathered ahead of the release of Israeli captives, live footage shows, Al Jazeera reports.

Two Israeli captives are expected to be handed over to the Red Cross in Khan Younis.
