NAROWAL: The district administration has started painting electricity poles to beautify Narowal city as images of flowers, plants and beautiful landscapes are being painted on hundreds of electricity poles.

The district administration, Deputy Commissioner Syed Hasan Raza, started work on a unique idea to make the city beautiful and colorful and poles are being painted form Bijlighar Bypass to Zafarwal Bypass, Zafarwal Bypass to Jasad Bypass, Faiz Ahmad Faiz Public Park from Jasar Bypass, poles installed from Jassar Bypass to Ransival Railway Crossing.

The DC told Dawn that visitors from all over the world were visiting Kartarpur. He said the visitors coming from all over the world traveling on New Lahore Road and Muridke Road reach Kartarpur through Narowal city.

He said that steps were being taken to make all the bypasses and roads of Narowal City more beautiful.
