WASHINGTON, Feb 5: Gen Pervez Musharraf, who meets President George Bush at the White House on Feb 13, will a day earlier address a meeting organized by two eminent Washington-based think-tanks on his views of a vision for Pakistan.

The organizations arranging Gen Musharraf’s lecture are the Woodrow Wilson Centre for Scholars and the Carnegie Endowment for Peace.

Gen Musharraf’s meeting with Mr Bush will take place in the morning on the 13th and a joint press appearance is also scheduled before the two leaders go in for lunch.

The two met in New York in November on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly’s special session.

Later during the day on the 13th, Gen Musharraf will visit the Pentagon where he will be given an honour guard and hold discussions with Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
