Gaza death toll climbs to 45,854 since Israeli invasion last Oct: health ministry

Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip has killed at least 45,854 Palestinians and wounded 109,139 since October 7, 2023, the Palestinian enclave’s health ministry said in a statement, Reuters reports.
