Gaza hospital director says five staff killed in Israeli strike

The director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza has said that five of the facility’s staff, including a doctor, were killed in an Israeli strike, AFP reports.

The Israeli military did not immediately respond to a request for comment after doctor Hossam Abu Safiya said in a statement that “an Israeli strike resulted in five martyrs among the hospital staff”.
