SUKKUR: Two police constables were killed when unknown armed men sprayed them with bullets at a roadside teashop where the two colleagues were sipping tea in Ghari Tegho area, Shikarpur district, on Wednesday evening.

Constables Altaf Ahmed Brohi, a resident of Faiz Mohammad Brohi village in Thull taluka, and Abdul Qadir Kaladi of Yar Mohammad Kaladi village in Khairpur district, were posted at Guddu police picket near Dad Mohammad Laro (turning) within the jurisdiction of Ghouspur police station.

Police rushed to the crime scene and shifted the bodies to Shikarpur Civil Hospital for completion of medico-legal formalities.
