United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini speaking about the harrowing conditions faced by people in Gaza, said “Hunger is deepening in Gaza” while speaking in an interview on CNN.
He spoke about a UNRWA staff member saying, “I lost 30 kilos, we are hungry and we are just eating animal food to keep us alive.”
He added that in November they couldn’t reach 1.7 million people in Gaza.
