PPP leaders to meet Nawaz tomorrow

ISLAMABAD, April 12: A four-member delegation of the People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPP) left for Dubai on Wednesday on way to London where they will hold a meeting with Pakistan Muslim League (N) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif.

The delegation is headed by Makhdoom Amin Fahim and includes PPP secretary general Raja Pervez Ashraf, Senator Raza Rabbani and secretary general of the party’s Sindh chapter Nafees Siddiqui.

According to sources, the PPP leaders are scheduled to meet Mian Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif on Friday. During their stopover in Dubai on Thursday, they will meet the PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto.

The sources said the PPP leaders would discuss with Mr Sharif the agenda for a meeting between him and Ms Bhutto in May.
