LAHORE, April 10: Sahiwal won the Punjab U-17 Inter-district Kabbadi championship beating Faisalabad in the final 59-44 in Sahiwal on Monday.
The winners received cash prize of Rs40,000 while the runners-up pocketed Rs30,000. Kasur claimed third position and earned Rs20,000.
Mohammad Asif of Faisalabad was declared as best player of the event and received Rs10,000.
Mohammad Usman of the winners was the Man-of-the-Final and he was given Rs5,000.
