At least 20 Palestinians have been killed in multiple Israeli strikes across Gaza, Hani Mahmoud of Al Jazeera reports from central Gaza’s Deir el-Balah.

This includes at least 11 people who were killed at dawn today in an Israeli bombardment of a tent housing displaced people in the al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

“The deaths included two children and three minors who were inside a cafe watching their favourite team playing football,” he said.

Two others were killed in an Israeli air strike on a house in the northern part of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, he said, adding that several people were still trapped under the rubble.

At least eight more people were killed in an Israeli bombardment of a house on Al-Jalaa street in the northern part of Gaza City, the report added.
