At least 43,603 Palestinians were killed, with 102,929 injured, since Israel’s military offensive on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Gaza’s health ministry said in a statement, Reuters reports.
The toll includes 51 deaths in the previous 24 hours, the statement added.
