Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip has killed at least 43,374 Palestinians and wounded 102,261 since October 7, 2023, the Palestinian enclave’s health ministry said in a statement, Reuters reports.
The toll includes 33 deaths in the previous 24 hours, the statement added.
