KARACHI: Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto has called upon the business and industrial community to put itself to the task of rapid reconstruction of the economy... . Prime Minister Bhutto said that changes in the economic sphere were taking place all over the world. “Change is the order of the day. Change must come on its own”. … “I want you to anticipate in the change and adapt yourself without getting upset. …” The Prime Minister said that chaos and anarchy would never be allowed.
