Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has held talks with Antony Blinken in Jerusalem, after the top US diplomat arrived in the country to push for an end to the conflict in Gaza, AFP reports.

“Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is currently meeting in his office in Jerusalem with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken,” the Israeli leader’s office said in a statement.
