MUZAFFARABAD, April 6: Quake victims are facing immense problems because of roads and highways in Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valley and Bagh are still in bad shape. The victims, belonging to the districts of Bagh, Muzaffarabad and Neelum Valley, were required to evacuate the tent village before March 31 but only 20 per cent of those have moved to their native areas.

The government has failed to provide them with the promised foodstuff for a month, free transport service and net cash.
